Earthy, grounding and soothing. Created to support the natural milk production in lactating mothers.

120g - 40 serve

Brew 1 heaped teaspoon / 250ml, 5-7 minutes at 100 degrees.

Drinking 1-3 cups daily will help keep your fluids balanced, whilst supporting the natural milk production. A blend designed for mum with baby's tummy in mind.

The herbs in this tea contain galactagogues which have traditionally been used to help boost and maintain your breast milk supply. For some women this may be enough. But others may need a little extra support during their breastfeeding journey. If so, I suggest you talk with your Midwife or contact a Lactation Consultant.

Blended by a Midwife for lactating mothers.
